The food is delicious and inexpensive. Sadie runs the place and is personable and informative on the area. The hours are unusual, it is closed during the slow hours of the afternoon and reopens for dinner. If it appears closed come back later, you won't be disappointed. Try the Mexican cheeseburger.

This has been our favorite local place so far. The food was good, the kids menu is super affordable, and the wait staff was very friendly. We tried the Navajo taco and enchiladas and were happy with both.

We were just passing through town and needed a bite of dinner. Sadie herself served us at the drive thru and the 3 soft taco plate and Navajo taco plate we tried were both delicious! The chips and salsa were a perfect side as well.

We stopped in because we saw “Specializing in Navajo Tacos” on their front window. We ordered one of each — the red and green. They were both fantastic, but the consensus was the green was better — a smoother taste. The fry bread was incredible and never got soggy. Plus, the chips and salsa were so good and our wait person was perfect. What a great experience!!

The restaurant was clean, our waitress was friendly and courteous. She placed our order right away. Food arrived to our table quickly, hot, fresh and made to our exact order. Delicious food! We will definitely return to Sadie's on our next trip thru Ft. Sumner. P.S. They have a an amazing museum on Billy the Kid ... A must see for the family ... Amazing artifacts contained inside.
